Biography:

Abdullah Ali Jabir, born in Jeddah in 1373 Hijrah, memorized the Qur’an at the age of 15 in Makkah. At 23, he graduated from the Sharia Faculty of the Islamic University and later earned his doctorate in 1407 Hijrah for his research on ‘Abdullah Ibn Omar’s Fiqh and its Impact on Madinah’s School.’ Sheikh Abdullah Ali Jabir served as the Imam of Masjid al-Haram and subsequently joined King Fahd Abdul Aziz University as a professor of Arab Language and Islamic studies. He held the positions of Imam and Qari in various Saudi Arabian mosques and was appointed Custodian of the two holy mosques. Sheikh Abdullah Ali Jabir passed away in 1426 Hijrah due to a severe illness.
